Croached accents meet the local flair in the Hotel Bardo Savannah

Croached accents meet the local flair in the Hotel Bardo Savannah

2024 Best of Year winner for the Boutique Hotel

Work with On the left Lane Hospitality and LS3P Architecture, Atelier Pond died in this chic renovation of Hotel Bardo Savannah, a 19th century, in Forsyth Park. Elements bring old and new together in a rebellious style, which creates the feeling that the 149-key property was built over time. The red-brick-grown of tower flowers hides a palm-lined courtyard with a lap pool, a cabanas and a bar that is reminiscent of an Italian lido. Other rooms are more atmospheric, such as the Clubby Lobby Bar and the Victorian main restaurant, its wooden paneling and opulent chandeliers, which are located directly from the drawing hems of the original manor house. The Hotel Bardo is still rooted in the community. The furnishings contain indigenous elements such as fiber -caning, oak construction and brass details, and the rooms emphasize the work of local artists, including the regional flora template, which stood by wall painting Vanessa Platacis on the peach walls of the private member club.
