Young hospital after he fell against the pond

OWATONNA, MN (Kroc-am News)- A teen driver was taken to a hospital after he had fallen against a holding pond at an exchange in Southeast -Minnesota.

He was the only person in the vehicle.

The state patrol reacted shortly before 11:15 on Wednesday evening to the crash of a single vehicle.

The crash occurred at the Hwy. 14/hwy. 218 South exchange in Owatonna.

The teenager traveled north on Hwy. 218 When the pick -up he drove, he left the street and fell into a holding pond near Hwy. 14, according to the state crash report.

The authorities describe the young driver as a 17-year-old boy. After the crash, he was brought to an Owatonna hospital, says the State Patrol.

The state crash report does not say whether the boy was injured or not. His name and hometown were not published.

The 17-year-old was initiated, indicates the state patrol. Mayo Clinic Ambulance, Sheriff's Office of the Steele County, the Owatonna police and the Owatonna fire brigade also reacted to the accident with a vehicle.
