Tesla has reached another roadblock because the security officers claim that the EV car manufacturer did not always follow the procedure when reporting accidents with its vehicles.

The publication reported that car manufacturers had to report crashes with the systems to the NHTSA within five days. However, the federal authority claimed that Tesla had been waiting for months to report accidents in some cases.
