Fort Mill, SC – a judge rejected it to stop the construction in a controversial solar panel manufacturing system in Fort Mill.
Channel 9 has been pursuing history for more than a year. A group of affected citizens submitted an injunction against Siflab Solar and claimed that their planned factory would affect local health and ownership values.
Silfab Solar submitted another case and asked the court to reverse a decision by the appeal committee in Zoning, which does not correspond to the production of solar panel.
The solar system in Silfab has the necessary state and circular permits for the construction and is planning the opening at the beginning of this year.
