The creators of the leading landscape industry share the advice that can be implemented on Equip Expo

The leading content manufacturers in the landscape building industry will lead important events Equip the exhibitionis held in the Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC) from October 21 to 24, to inspire landscape designers and contractors with implementable and practical ideas to grow and expand their business

“The Morning Show on the Expo, sponsored by Rehlko, is a live podcast experience, so the audience feels part of it,” said Naylor Taliafro, moderator of LCR Media Podcast. The event on Thursday morning contains three podcasts, each interviewing another business owner in the industry in various growth phases, answering questions and sharing their experiences.

Paul Jamison, moderator of the Green Industry Podcast, calls it “a very valuable” part of the event – and for good reason. “The show is entertaining and also motivating and then it becomes very practical,” he says.

What does the morning show on the Expo deal? “They appear and want to know something and can simply jump on the microphone and ask the question. It's not just inspiration – it is the implementation,” says Jamison.

Jamison works with co-moderator Taliaferro and Caleb Auman, moderator of the Kid Contractor podcast. “We wanted to have experts in different sizes”, from startup workers to eight-shop operations such as that of Jeremy Talboy, owner of North Georgia landscape management.

“Jeremy will tell the story about how he grew this gigantic business … and ensures that he is there as a husband and as a father,” said Jamison. Other guests are Cornell Mack, Mack Landscaping & Lawn Care and Stanley Genadek, Dirt Monkey.

The growth of a successful landscape construction company goes out to the mentality, and the creators want to help the participants expand. “It is not just the skills or tactics. The way of thinking is the difference,” says Taliaferro. “You have to raise your mind and your way of thinking to get to this point.”

On Thursday afternoon, Energize will deliver another portion of inspiration. “Energieize is all about sales and marketing,” said Brian Fullerton, moderator of the Fullerton Undmeder Podcasts and owner of Brian's Lawn Maintenance.

“There is no free money. It's about what works out there … I make a panel with three boys who build companies and talk about what sales and marketing works and what does not work,” says Fullerton.

The event also helps build connections. “It is a great way to network with colleagues while taking a break. You can get in line with the impression of what is working on doing sales and the new corporate growth,” adds Fullerton.

During the three -day show, the participants can drop by in the Creator area in South Wing C. It is a hub in which you can meet your favorite contents and maybe be live in a podcast streaming.

The participants can also fuel their own connections (and their charging) by the Echo Social Media terrace, which is traditionally a hub for content manufacturers that stream the events on the show live.

The podcasters say that participation in these events can help the participants. “Come to the educational events.
