
The RiverView Landscapes, based in Berlin, continues with its expansion stroll, with an announcement of three acquisitions in South Jersey on Monday. The acquisitions solidify the presence of RiverView in Central and South -Jersey and give over 150 employees to their growing team. All three will continue to be managed by his existing daily management teams.
RiverView has completed 14 acquisitions in the northeast since 2022.
The three companies include:
- Elite landscape design (Berlin)
- Landscape management on site (Millstone)
- Mchugh's landscape design (Delran)
Elite Landscaping was founded in 1987 by Dave Feast and specialized in landscape design, construction and maintenance for commercial and residential properties in South Jersey.
“2024 was our best year in the company's history since I founded elite more than 35 years ago. I had the feeling that the partnership with RiverView would create even more growth opportunities in the region for our employees, customers and providers, and we could not be excited about this partnership, ”said Feast.
The landscape management on site, founded by Dan Murphy in 2002, specializes in landscape and snow maintenance for large commercial and municipal real estate in the center of Jersey. “The entire RiverView team was a pleasure to work together during this acquisition process. I look forward to the next chapter from on site and to support Bill and RiverView in his future expansion, ”said Murphy.
Mchugh's landscape design was founded in 1985 by Jim and Mark Mchugh and specialized in landscape maintenance for commercial and residential properties in the counties Burlington and Camden. “I endeavor to ensure a smooth transition for our customers and employees while we are driving the RiverView banner,” said Mchugh. “Mark will continue to manage the everyday life of the business to ensure that all customers are served with the same commitment to which they are used to.”
