The Barrow County Board of Commissioners (BOC) has approved an application for a rededication with which a 48-units-gated townhome community is made possible to 12.18 ACRES along the Patrick Mill Road.
The property that WB Real Estate Holding LLC belongs was previously referred to in zones agriculture (AG) as single-family houses with medium density (R-2). The development plan requires on both sides of the site that runs through the middle from a private road. The density is 3.94 units per morning.
Developers offer 22 parking spaces near amenities at the front and back on the site and 38 additional rooms along the alleys. The amenities include a pickle ball space, a picnic and a collective area as well as two open areas with a total area of 3.32 ACRES. 2025 Millage prices for County and schools adopted schools
