Scranton, Lackawanna Co. (Wolf) – The Mimosa Festival from NEPA was more than just a refreshing drink on a summer day. Every SIP supported one thing.
For its second year, the Loft Scranton organized the festival in the circle drive-in in Scranton.
The day was full of live music, activities, brunch and much more. The festival was also dog -friendly because it served as a fundraising campaign for the Griffin pond animal shelter.
The participants collected their glasses and heart and gathered to support a local animal shelter in Lackawanna County. The festival organizer Steve Childers announced what the community brings this year.
“This year we decided to work on the Circle Drive and Griffin Pond, and we have made it bigger and better. This is how most of it are out there. The expenses go directly to Griffin Pond to help the animals. Many people who come together and support for the support of Griffin Pond.
Waving cocks, sitting pet and dog hike service Pawsitive Premium family care, appeared at the festival.
“We come to your home and create all of our services comfortably from home. So your pet never has to leave your home. Or if you are a former Shetler pet or if you are afraid, a high -ranking pet that needs medication.
Davidson put on the map on the map and said that these events also draw attention to small companies like their own.
“It is a wonderful opportunity for people to get out and see what their community has to offer. Because many people do not notice that we exist until they come here and see that we exist. Of course we do social media and such things.
Childers gave her time and support and thanked those who gave helping hand.
“We let several hundred people come out. We have a number of providers out here who took time, and volunteers who took time to voluntarily report for Griffin Pond, and I appreciate them. And thank you for everything you are doing,” said Childers.
50% of all ticket sales at the festival benefited from the Griffon Pond Animal Shelter.
