Molcanization processing systems with zero-emission: milk evaporator Ezero
The milk evaporator Ezer was launched by the GEA group as a carbon-free milk evaporator, which would enable producers to significantly increase the sustainability of their process. The system is evaluated to reduce energy consumption in connection with milk processing compared to conventional alternatives by up to 60% and at the same time completely eliminate CO₂ emissions. The system uses a design that supports existing mechanical steam supply systems (MVR) and uses dual water loops with a cold and hot to enable seamless temperature management.

The dairy evaporator Ezer from the GEO group reacts to increasing calls in the industry after more sustainable practices and at the same time focuses on economic goals with cost effectiveness in the spotlight.
