According to the company, the transaction supports the continued growth of Deck & Docks as a special sales business with the first location in Pennsylvania and the introduction of roof and storage materials into the product range. SWI will operate as part of the banner of the CEDS & DOCKS Company, and its employees will continue to serve existing customers. O-owners of Swi, Eric and Matthew Schmidt continue to become Swi and reinvesting under the Decks & Docks brand.
