Main Streetchamber (MSC) Holdings, Inc. has entered a joint venture with Tellus Ecolution to create MSC Wellness Builders, a new initiative to increase the availability of permanent, powerful building materials in the USA. The partnership emphasizes a growing focus on structural resilience, the air quality indoors and the environmentally friendly construction.
The focus of this start is isotex, a European wood-cement block and floor panel system that was used in more than 400,000 global projects. ISOTEX products are available in the USA via MSC Wellness builders and combine the structural performance with insulation, fire resistance and weather duration.
Important properties of Isotex materials:
- Fire resistance: Rated for up to 120 minutes (without casting) and up to 6 hours (with casting)
- Seismic and explosion resistance: Tested for use in structural environments with high risk
- Durability: Resistant to mold, moisture and pests
- Warmth and acoustic insulation: Developed for energy efficiency and noise control
- Sustainable production: Produced using recycled wood chips and certified low-voc inputs
Daniel Ferreira, founder of Tellus Ecolution and director of MSC Wellness Builders, found that the availability of resilient building materials is becoming increasingly important in response to climate medical risks in the USA
Apart from ISOTEX, the joint venture is planning to support projects for wholesale distribution and real estate development that are designed with the design oriented by wellness. The product portfolio also includes:
- Oltremarteria®: A water -based architectural system for environmentally friendly surfaces
- Glass faces: Manufacturer of tempered and laminated glass used in high -performance architecture projects
- In advance -biosense: Ceramic and porcelain coaches that integrate antibacterial and air-bodied technology
MSC Wellness Builders is positioned to support a broader shift towards resilient and sustainable construction methods in both living and commercial markets.
