Two years after breaking the ground, the highest new building, which Atlantas germinating Skyline west of Georgia Tech, came up with its glazing, boxer competition.
Stella at Star Metals last autumn on 22 floors and is considered the third phase of the 500 million dollar -Stest -Metal District. It is located on 11th Street, a block from Howell Mill Road in the neighborhood of Marietta Street Artery.
The project developer Allen Morris Company describes Stella's design as a “breathtaking”, with its copper -like stripes, curved lines and glass and what will ultimately be “expansive rolling green roofs”.
Stella's number of ground is higher than the first two buildings of the district: Star metal offices (15 stories) and Star metal residences (nine stories; creeping Sentral West Midtown). All three projects were designed by Oppenheim Architecture in Miami, although the DWELL Design Studio as Architects from Record functions for the Stella project.

Stella's plans require 327 luxury apartments (most of them higher than level six) to use the Skyline views. The sophisticated units include Italian cupboards, imported stone slabs, 10-foot ceilings and some balconies up to 14 feet deep with gardens, said project officers.
A two -story bar is also east for the 17th floor with a view of the city.
On the ground floor of Stella, plans require 25,000 square meters of retail, which are anchored by two early tenant sung: restaurant concepts of grass feeding and fishing dealers. Other advantages include an infinity pool on the seventh floor, a gym in the indoor and outdoor area with a view of the city, a dog park on site and a film room in the theater style.
All Morris Reps announced Urbanize Atlanta last year that Stella was at speed in the next month to deliver apartments (although leasing has not yet started), whereby the end will come at some point this summer.
How today the upper floors (and the sky-high bar room) develop in the 22-story Stella building (towards Midtown) today.
All Morris expects a total of around 3 million square meters in West Midtown, which ultimately costs around 1.5 billion US dollars.
Since the announcement, the officials have predicted from all Morris that the Stella Tower will uniquely shape the Skyline of the Quarter of the Marietta Street Arery. Finally, it is expected that it will work in connection with a group of new buildings with an “urban forest” and a large place in three additional phases.
The demolition of the earlier structures of the Stella website began in March 2023. You can see how far things have since come in the gallery-and where they go, where they are on the way.
