Throw a flood of spells
The Capacity mechanic appeared for the first time in the original Khans from Tarkir Block. A creature with skills gets +1/ +1 if you look a not -creature magic. The ability was closely connected to the Jeskai clan.
Therefore, it should not be a big surprise that the striker of Jeskai seems to cause himself in the same strategy based on the two lines of the packaging: “Treat additional spells.” And “Flurry magic effects.”
