New York Green Roofs is honored to announce its participation in the 2025 Kips Bay Decorator Show House, where the company had the privilege of creating a jewel-toned terrace garden for this year's groundbreaking 50th anniversary edition.
The concept was designed by the talented landscape architects of LaGuardia Design Group and brought into dialogue with the interior spaces by Eve Robinson Associates.
The Garden is an intimate yet elevated outdoor moment within the six-story, 9,000-square-foot Greenwich Village townhouse. Thank you to both visionaries for the invitation to make their dream a reality.
The NYGR team's contribution was to bring this vision to reality – bringing technical expertise to construction and planting to create an intimate yet elevated outdoor moment befitting a historic 1900's brick and stone townhouse in Greenwich Village. Since its inception, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House has been a premier stage for design innovation – transforming Manhattan residences into immersive exhibitions of architecture, art and interior design – while raising vital funds for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. Over five decades, it has become a benchmark for design excellence and a source of inspiration around the world. They are proud to contribute to that legacy this year alongside some of the industry's most visionary voices.
The Show House opened to the public on September 30, 2025 at 20 West 12th Street.
