Canadian real estate company Mach group Taking up a new project that is currently occupied by shopping centers in a location with green areas.
The Langelier project comprises 1,450,000 foot² between the Jean-Talon Street and the Langelier Boulevard in Montreal.
The project comprises over 400,000 feet², which are devoted to new green areas, over 1,000 large -scale trees, swallows, green roofs and two urban promenades.
It should contain residential units, a park, commercial space, a cultural center and a primary school.

The 3.5 billion USD project comprises seven phases that are to be completed within 15 years.
