Frame Hospitality Group has opened the 20-room Frame Hotel – SoCo in Austin's South Congress neighborhood.
Designed by Frame Hotels' in-house team, the property feels more like a private retreat than a traditional hotel. Modern architecture blends into the surrounding neighborhood, while the interior design exudes a sense of calm and relaxation, brought to life by natural elements.
A calm design by Frame Hotels
Custom built-in oak furniture, spa-like bathrooms with soft LED lighting, and private lanais provide spaces for relaxation.
At the heart of the property lies a koi pond beneath a tiled wall, crowned by a sundial and surrounded by a garden of native plants, warm wooden slatted walls and fascinating details.
The hotel also features a keyless check-in system that allows guests to bypass typical front desk interactions for hassle-free arrival and departure. Still, personal service is just a text message away – the staff is ready to take care of everything from reservations to local recommendations.
“We are incredibly excited to bring something unique to the Austin market with the opening of Frame Hotel – SoCo,” said Richard Lent, founder of Frame Hospitality Group. “Our vision was to create a space that blends modern luxury with tranquil elements, evoking a feeling of calm and connection – ultimately creating a luxurious home away from home.”
“It is a privilege to be part of the vibrant SoCo community and we can’t wait for guests to experience the thoughtful design, unparalleled service and peaceful retreat we have worked so hard to create,” he adds added.
Opposite the Frame Hotel – SoCo, the group also manages the seven-story Frame Hotel – Treehouse.
