From the street, the stately brick house in the 926 Saint Marks Avenue in the historic District Crown Heights creates the eye on graceful details such as arches and rounded border windows. The Romanesque Revival house of 2,625,000 US dollars, which was built in 1901 by architect Albert E. White, was thoroughly restored, but an impressive existence of original details was maintained.

The four -story town house is configured as a triplex of an owner over an apartment on the ground floor and offers numerous options for rental income or additional space. In the back, an created garden offers an urban refuge.

The salon floor under 10 foot ceilings is opened on a wide dog-leg-fold. The front room is a dazzling shop window of architectural details such as swinging beads, wainscoting, crown strips and a pier mirror. The living room is anchored by an original chimney coat. Restored handle doors slide to reveal large rooms.

A formal dining room with an integrated warehouse is located in the middle of this floor. On the back, a stylish, slightly filled kitchen is anchored by a central island crowned by Carrara Marble.

From the kitchen, descend from the deck into a irrigated garden designed by architects. This green space is divided into zones to relax, eat, to garden and gather.

There are two large bedrooms on the second floor of the house. An impressive primary suite has colored glass, loreproof windows, pocket shops and its own bathroom.

There is a home office and a guest suite in the Skylitol of the house. As with all floors of this house, details such as graceful arches and restored hardwood parquet floor frames provided stylish new devices and equipment.
The garden apartment with a bedroom is a fully renovated home, which makes it a great opportunity for rental income. It can also be easily integrated into the rest of the house. The advantages are laundry in the unit, a dishwasher and an updated kitchen and bathtub.

The front and rear facades of the house have been updated. Infrastructure upgrades include new mechanics, modern bathrooms with Kohler lights and irrigation systems in the front and backyards. An unfinished basement in full offers a lot of storage space.
