The architecture company Estudio AMA has published designs for a 90 -meter -high residential tower in Paraguay, which was carried on a concrete grid.
The Bulnesia Tower is located in Distrito Perseverancia in Paraguay's capital Asunción and includes apartments as well as restaurants and shops on the street level.
According to the team, the company developed by Estudio AMA designed by Estudio AMA designed by Estudio AMA, according to the team, focuses on social connection.
Renders show a tower that is wrapped in a concrete facade with grid. Symmetrical, square balconies surround the core of the building, while its ground and upper floors are slightly extended.
According to the Estudio AMA, the design was informed by the “charm of the quiet streets and community life” and the provision of balconies for each unit.
“One of the main stations of the main design was to maximize the view over all facades by creating frames with the concrete network facade and offering perspectives of the city and the river,” Estudio AMA told Dezeen.
“An important design feature was to ensure that every residential unit, even the one-room units, a terrace or a balcony, contained that could serve as an extension of the social area.”
The tower contains apartments and equipment rooms with three bedrooms, including outdoor pool, relaxation areas and joint jobs.
Interiors show furniture in a palette of neutral colors with warm wood and stone.
According to the studio, the interior design also draws Brazilian influences and modern details from the middle of the century in contrast to the “minimalist” architecture of its exterior.
“With its emphasis on sustainability, elegance and social connection, Bulnesia establishes itself as a new social center and an icon of urban life in Asunción,” said the team.
There are other messages about a variety of projects developed in South America, including “the highest residential tower in the world” in Brazil.
The renders recently presented another Estuio AMA project in Guadalaraja made of red concrete, while Equipo de Arquitectura completed a house with a vaulted roof in Asunción.
