Karen Holt, Director of the Department of Economic Development by Harford County, was recognized as CEO of 2025 in the government Category according to the daily data record.

Karen Holt is the director of the Harford County Department of Economic Development (DED). In her 19th year with the district, she supervises the efforts of the business binding and attraction, which focus on technology, healthcare, production, defense, agriculture and tourism.
