The court proceedings against a murder of Monroe County is the schedule for Monday and, according to court records, could take all week.
Lyle Miller is charged with the first degree murder and evidence of Betty Hayes' death, which was reported as missing in December 2021. Miller was arrested one and a half years after the disappearance of Hayes after the investigators had recovered their remains from a pond.
