Text description of the architects. The BT5 villa project is located in the Lakeside Splendora area, a villa complex surrounded by water features and natural landscapes, ideal for modern living.
Design philosophy – The BT5 Villa draws design inspiration from its owner, an architecture lover. It is not only a comfortable living space but also a platform for the owner to express his personal passion and individuality. Every corner of the villa offers unique and inspiring experiences for all family members. The architectural design of BT5 Villa emphasizes unity, minimalism and harmony with nature. The spaces are open and airy, blending seamlessly into the surrounding landscape while maintaining privacy for each functional area. Outdoor spaces, including patios, gardens and pathways, are carefully designed to create a closer connection with nature.
Ground floor: The open design connects the living room, kitchen and dining area with the garden and a covered terrace. The interior impresses with clear, sophisticated lines and high functionality.
Second floor: Features a master bedroom and a children's bedroom, both opening onto a landscaped roof garden. The design creates a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by greenery and offers a quiet retreat.
Natural light: The villa is designed to maximize natural light through large glass windows, ensuring 100% of the rooms receive adequate daylight and natural ventilation. Evening lighting is carefully planned with high-quality luminaires and customizable lighting scenarios for different activities in different functional spaces.
Personalized Experiences: The villa's owner, an expert in audio and lighting, has invested in a special, personalized experience space. On the third floor there is a multi-purpose area suitable for activities such as watching movies, listening to music or “relaxing” with friends. The minimalist interior design focuses on optimizing the audio experience and offers excellent sound insulation achieved through high-quality materials and multi-layer walls. The ceiling design includes a starry sky effect that serves as an artistic centerpiece and is complemented by RGB LED ambient lighting. This system allows for customizable colors and intensities, creating versatile lighting scenarios for different moods and events.
