For more than a decade, America's Most Trusted has collected and evaluated consumer insights about the importance of trust in their purchasing behavior. Over the years, the study has evolved to examine trust in more than 75 product categories related to housing. This year's rankings were determined by input from nearly 4,000 Americans surveyed by Lifestory Research over a 12-month period.
For the fifth year in a row, Trex received the highest trust rating among the industry's most popular deck brands. It is the only decking brand to earn top honors since the category entered the study in 2021. This year, Trex received the best reviews and satisfaction scores among six outdoor decking brands included in the survey. It is also the only decking brand to receive the maximum five-star trust rating, compared to three stars for the next two closest competitors.
