As EnergyTrend learned on November 24, JinkoSolar released a voluntary disclosure statement saying its latest module product, Tiger Neo 3.0, has collected orders of up to 15 GW. By the end of the third quarter of 2025, JinkoSolar's cumulative module shipments exceeded 370 GW.
Recently, JinkoSolar officially announced the mass production and roll-off of its Tiger Neo 3.0 module, marking its entry into the large-scale production phase. According to reports, the product has a maximum power of 670W, a mass production efficiency of over 24.8% and a maximum bifacial rate of 90%, and features high power, high bifacial rate and excellent low-light performance.
Regarding the order status of this module product, JinkoSolar stated that 15GW of on-site orders were collected from major distributors at the global ordering and signing ceremony. Tiger Neo 3.0 has gained recognition in the market and entered the wholesale market; JinkoSolar will continue to process orders afterwards. The orders mentioned above are merely purchase intentions between the two parties to establish cooperative relationships, the concrete implementation of which is subject to the specific conditions.

Recently, JinkoSolar also announced that, according to certification from the renowned Institute for Solar Energy Research Hameln (ISFH) in Germany, the highest photoelectric conversion efficiency of its high-efficiency advanced cells based on the TOPCon technology platform has broken 27.79%, once again setting a new world record. This is the 31st time that JinkoSolar has broken the world record for cell efficiency and module performance.
