Every Sunday from noon to 4 p.m., guests can relax with house-smoked BBQ on Traeger Grills, sip Bulleit Bourbon cocktails and enjoy live country and southern music on the lawn.
Sunday Smokeout invites guests to meet friends, enjoy grilled specialties prepared by the chef and toast the end of the weekend. For those who prefer to spend Sundays in the comfort of their own home, the event also offers take-out barbecue options, bringing a taste of Biltmore's backyard vibe to your own patio.
“Sunday Smokeout is all about the good food, great company and golf course views that make the Arizona Biltmore so memorable,” said Operations Manager David Codney. “It’s our new weekend tradition for anyone who loves flavor, fun and a little sunshine with their bourbon.”

Guests can look forward to dishes like St. Louis pork ribs with Bulleit bourbon honey, pulled pork sandwiches with Carolina mustard on brioche, adobe-rubbed tri-tip, and even a Jamaican jerk jackfruit sandwich for plant-based barbecue lovers. Rounding out the offerings are homemade sides and desserts: cheddar biscuits, baked cowboy beans with bacon, brown sugar and Hatch chiles, and warm apple cobbler.
Behind the bar, the range of drinks will put you in a good mood with imaginative cocktails that complement the smoky flavors of the grill.
