Emory Oak Partners launches Cerv Property Solutions
Cerv Property Solutions, a new real estate services provider aimed at improving customer experience across the residential and commercial services sectors, has officially launched.
Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Cerv is the flagship services brand of Emory Oak Partners and is led by industry veteran Kade Thomas as founder and CEO. The company offers six core services to its customers, including landscaping, pool maintenance, janitorial services, pest control, exterior (window cleaning, pressure washing and gutter cleaning) and waste services – delivering a comprehensive suite of property maintenance solutions through a single company.
Cerv is the merger of six companies that Emory Oak has operated for more than five years.
According to the company, only 40 percent of home service providers are actively using tools like AI. Cerv aims to disrupt this status quo by combining proprietary data with a customized digital app and actively exploring AI technology to reach new customers and provide high-quality real estate services.
“The residential and commercial services sector has been the sole focus of my entire career,” said Kade Thomas, founder and CEO of Cerv Property Solutions. “I am a true supporter of the industry, but I will be the first to admit that there is still room for improvement.
“Currently, property owners have to juggle a mix of unbranded providers, shaky customer service and outdated processes. You don't see this type of delivery in other sectors such as banking, law or accounting. Why should residential and commercial services get away with it?”
“Cerv is the better way. We've brought together six service lines – all existing, successful providers that have been delivering high quality services for years – under one brand, combining smart technology with a world-class customer experience. We've combined everything we love about the industry with a modern approach, and I couldn't be prouder of the result.
“Our mission is simple: to redefine property care by raising the standard across the industry. This industry has needed transformation for years, and at Cerv we are here to deliver.”
