Rochester, Ny (Wham) – The woman who died on Wednesday morning after her car has gone into a pond in Wayne County, reminded of family and faith.
The 57 -year -old Robin Sardone from Macedon drove on the Hance Road around 4 a.m. when she did not navigate with the Route 31f through the intersection and, according to Sheriff Robert Milby, went to the retention pond south of the intersection. Your body and the car were recovered later in the morning.

The sudden loss is devastating for Sardone's friends and family.
“She was friendly, caring and friendly,” said Chris Baron, who worked and later visited Sardone in Honeoye Falls in Honeoye Falls. “She loved dancing, she loved going to the state mass, she loved boating, she was always proud of her daughter's achievements. She was one of my best friends and I will definitely miss her.”
Anna Engstrom, another close friend, remembered that he had met Sardone in the same church.
“I only remember the smile on her face because she only had so much joy in her heart,” said Engstrom.
Rev. Jim Trimble, rector in the church, said Sardone and her daughter were baptized together last year – a moment that he described as deeply meaningful.
“They were new to the church and wanted to know so much more about their faith,” said Trimble. “Robin and I would often have discussions. (She has) asked really good questions and never accepted the responses.”
Trimble said Sardone was known for her positivity, her work ethic and, above all, her dedication to her daughter.
“Your daughter is her world,” said Trimble. “That is absolutely devastating.”
High hours and funeral companies are planned.
“It will be a long healing process for all of us,” said Engstrom. “We have to take baby steps, first honor their faith and then find out how they can support their daughter.”
Engstrom said she would miss Sardone's character.
“She was real,” said Engstrom. “What you saw was what you got with Robin. She was a great soul, and I hope that she would continue to honor the beauty that she brought into this world.”
