The northern end of Ocean City's promenade will receive a facelift of several million dollars, although a city council raise some of the materials used in the project.

With 6-1, the city council awarded a contract for $ 4.2 million on Friday for the reconstruction of St. Charles Place's Boardwalk to Fifth Street.
