Thursday, January 9, 2025, 6:30 p.m. – Franklin County 4-H Tractor Safety Club– Your first meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. in the basement of the Ag Heritage Building at 185 Franklin Farm Lane, Chambersburg. Youth ages 12 to 18 are eligible and invited to participate. You'll have the opportunity to learn about farming hazards, safety basics, how to connect and use equipment, how to operate tractors, and more. Youth must be 14 years old at the time of testing to receive NSTMOP certification. If you have any questions, contact the Penn State Extension Office at 717-263-9226.
