Recently, one of the most charming projects with modern rustic interior-to-do. The city of the city in Malibus Point Dume district: a comprehensive three-year renovation of a house by Alexander Design in cooperation with Alexander built real estate. The breathtaking five-bedroom, four-bathroom, 3,700 square meters of large post-and-beam ownership, which was originally designed by the late architect Ronald Goldman and, in the middle of eucalyptus and oak trees, played a modernized, but creatively worthwhile challenge that designer Vanessa Alexander Efig assumed. “The goal was to mix the original architecture seamlessly with modern luxury and at the same time appreciate Goldman's commitment to sustainability,” says Alexander. “We have included drought-tolerant landscape design, cross-ventilation and skylit corridors that flood the house with natural light. Our intention was to create tailor-made, thoughtful rooms that are rich in detail and feel deeply connected to the country and community.”

The late architect Ronald Goldman's contributions to sustainable and integrative architecture was of great importance for the uninitiated. His work embodied the California dream with houses, schools, religious buildings and commercial developments in Southern California and defined his career as a 40 over the year. Much of his work prioritized sustainable resources, a sensitive development that respected the local environment, and windows that maximized daylight and reduced energy consumption. In his public projects, he campaigned for the expansion of the setbacks to create broader, pedestrian -friendly sidewalks and encouraged a varied architectural style in new developments.
