The map shows Oregon, 15 other states in which the northern lights could be visible on Monday evening

The northern part of the United States had the chance to see lights in the sky on Monday evening when the viewpoints for the Auroras end up on the border between Oregon-Washington.

The planet still has a “solar maximum” of the sun cycle 25, an approximately 11-year cycle of magnetic activity from the sun. Solar Maximim will last until 2026 and continue to bring the northern lights to the south than usual.
