The Upper East Side Townhouse was famous for Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's Is again listed on the market and for 15 million US dollars.

The five -story Brownstone in the 169 East 71st Street served as the facade of the fictional house of Hepburn's Holly Golightly in the film from 1961 and remains one of the best -known cinematic landmarks of the city.
