Garden of the Future is a show garden in Rhs Chelsea next week, in which air -conditioned plants are highlighted, which were developed by CGIAR.
This garden is secured in areas such as sub-Sahara Africa and South Asia Healthy eating in areas such as Subsahara Africa and South Asia and also underlines the potential need for them than the temperatures in Great Britain warm.
The garden designed by Butler & Parker welcomes Rhs Chelsea for the first time.
The garden growing plants such as sweet potatoes, chickpeas and pigeons also has new toilet technology. The Cranfield Circular Toilette is a self -contained system that converts household water for irrigation and pathogen -free biochar for garden use into clean water.
The design duo behind the garden, Matt Butler and Josh Parker, say: “Our goal is to take people on a journey of exploration and discovery and to present air-conditioned plants, ornamental networks and vegetables, edible plants with several applications and properties that demonstrate how breeders, scientists and communities work together, and work together.
The celebrity chef Levi Roots will occur during the press day of the event, which opens the garden with a cooking demonstration using the edible plants and the no-stere vegetable patch.
Rhs Chelsea will take place from May 20 – 24.
