Two years later The proposed Cheval Blanc Hotel went up stomachThe Louis Vuitton mother company LVMH is on a backup plan for marquee ownership on the Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.

According to several published reports, LVMH intends to open a 45,000 square meter flagship store for Louis Vuitton on the 458 Rodeo Drive. The three-story building includes women's and men's products, beauty products, jewelry, watches and travel goods. In addition, the two-building structure will accommodate exhibition areas and several grocery events.

The architect Frank Gehry designs the new business, while Peter Marino – the architect, who is connected to the unfortunate Cheval Blanc project – pulled out on design interior. Renderings show a contemporary look for the shop that has a landscape -designed roofing.

The construction of the business is expected to begin in 2026 and 2029. Approval by the city of Beverly Hills are required before the start of the work.
