Plans to build a new block of the railway line in High Wycombe were introduced by a developer.

Eight new apartments, parking next to the 86 Gordon Road, High Wycombe (25/05949/FUL)
The building permit is caught up for a new three -story building of three apartments with a bedroom and five bedrooms.
According to the applicant Shafqat Dad from StreamDown Properties Ltd. Rather market than affordable housing.
The development location is located opposite the Bowdean Nurery School near the Chiltern main line and was most recently used as a parking lot.
The apartment block would have a total of eight parking spaces, a lively “green roof” and “generously large balconies” with glass balcons in all units on the first and second floor.
The plans were: “The proposed development was developed to emulate the character of the nearby Pavilion Court, which was regarded as an appropriate approach in the stage before the application.”
The eight proposed apartments are a reduction in the submission before application for a similar scheme of nine apartments.
In a landscape building document submitted with the application, it shows that several trees and bushes are planted when the plans are approved.
Changes to public toilets, Windsor End, Beaconsfield (PL/25/0856/Fa)
The Beaconsfield City Council has asked for permission to rekindle the internal arrangement of the public toilets.
There is currently a male, two female and one disabled toilets, but the plans made would change them to four new toilets.
This would be a unisex, male, a female and a dementia-friendly facility, whereby the baby changes.
Changes include dementia -friendly signs to all new toilet doors and accessories such as toilet brushes that are colored red in order to contrast with the white of the toilets.
As part of the plans, no changes would be made to the building of the building.
New solar collectors in the aircraft company, 61 Lower Road, Higher Denham (PL/25/0641/Prap)
The Martin-Baker Aircraft Company has announced plans to adapt solar modules in three roofs of different buildings in his factory Denham.
Plans that were presented to the Council on behalf of the company read: “The program will take on the roofs in accordance with the closed location plan 417M2.”
The company, including for F-35 fighter aircraft, was informed by the Council that it did not require prior approval for its proposed solar collectors.
