Staley said a particularly complex part of the project buried the overhead current lines. As soon as this is complete, he said that the surface improvements such as rainwater installation, paving and sidewalks will be next.

“This is the area in which XCEL conducts its final changeover and service-tie-in,” said Staley. “As soon as the supply companies have been completed, it is a relatively short term for rainwater and paving. This Xcel work could still lead to the traffic to be limited to just one track, whereby Flagger leads the traffic as I saw there when I went through there. “This was a complex upgrade with several authorities, not just a road project.
