While Rajasthan continues to experience rapid urbanization and infrastructure development, the summit emphasized the urgent need to embed sustainability into every growth phase. From planning to execution, the focus was on the introduction of practices that preserve the ecological balance, optimize resource use and build long -term resilience against ecological challenges.

The government of Rajasthan actively promotes a sustainable building through a number of incentives that aim to promote IGBC evaluation buildings. The department for urban development offers free of charge for projects that were certified by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), an additional area quota (bar) free of charge: 0.075 bar for silver reviews, 0.10 bar for gold ratings and 0.15 bar for platinum evaluation developments.
