This Missoula bakery is already one of the most popular and most busy places in the garden city.
But Bernice's bakery will be even more busy this year, since the long-planned renovation and expansion project is finally underway.
When it is finished, this beloved bakery will have a new look and many additional capacity and seating options to grind a croissant or enjoy a piece of cake.

Bernice's birthday comes
Bernice's owners have worked on retrofitting and changes in recent years and planning to have completed the large project in good time for a great reopening in July. This will be the company's 47th birthday (we hope that there will be cakes!).
But in this almost half a century of service, the growing popularity has led to a seat in certain times of the day.

Interior and outside plan improvements
The first task of the business task is to build a new sidewalk above the front of the building, as well as moving furniture and the start of the interior. This work is already in progress, and while the bakery is still open, customers have to use the side door. This is finally replaced by a new ada-compliant input.
Later, in April and May, the workers will end the sidewalk, carry out the frame and do the outer masonry work.
More seating
In June, the work focused on ending the conversion of the old terrace area into new seats, with the new Atrium rescue matters being completed in July. The original interior for opening the midsummer is then set up.
New plant shop in Missoula has “living walls”
The new shop in Southwest Higgins will be available for the installation and maintenance of plants for sale and investment architecture.
