Albuquerque – Albuquerque District 5 City Councilor Dan Lewis And Council Joaquín Baca Celebrated the adoption of the capital improvement budget by the city council of Albuquerque, R-25-117 through the capital improvement budget, which includes significant means for critical improvements, the Bob Gerding Catch and Release Pond am Tingley Beach. Improved water quality management:
