Halbern Real Estate Ventures has leased more than three quarters of Birch House, its striking luxury apartment building of 337 units in the residing West Side in Jersey City.

The company, which the project presented at the beginning of last year, said on Monday that hundreds of residents in the 49 Fisk St. had now welcomed its final tranche of Apartments after it had released the 80 percent rent storm of Mark, which had repeated the building of nature-inspired design, amenities and value suggestions for other parts of Jersey City.

Corcoran Group Marketing has monitored the rental contract for the six-story building, in which monthly rents for studio apartments of $ 2,250 start, while houses with one and two bedrooms of $ 2,495 or $ 3,395 cost.

“Birch House is firm as a leading brand new rental building on the West Side of Jersey City,” said Joel Halpern, President of Halbern Real Estate Ventures. “In recent years, the neighborhood has recorded enormous growth with new living opportunities for new restaurants and other lifestyle elements.

The amenities include a huge courtyard with an open green and an extensive landscape design and a 22,000 square meter roof with a 360-degree view of the Hackensack Waterfront District, downtown Jersey City and Manhattan in the distance. The residents also have access to private and public coworking rooms, a lobby with a connected staircase to the second floor, a bar with a speakeasy style and a modern fitness center.

In the meantime, the building has sustainable design elements such as a composting system, the fertilizer for the landscape design of the property, the municipal garden planters, the solar modules on the roof, the chargers for electric vehicles, a rainwater collection for irrigation and a 20,000 square meter landscape park, said HREV. The property also has LED lighting and low-flow fittings.

The inhabitants of the Birch House are among the latest, which are followed by the rapidly growing West Side of Jersey City, which recorded an increase in new investments and the revitalization efforts. This means that you have quick access to the nearby 273 hectare Lincoln Park and to the Nine-Loch-Skyway golf course and Route 440 for a connection to the New Jersey Turnpike and the Routes 1 and 9, while Hudson-Bergen Light Rail Service is five blocks away.
