A child was pulled from Edmond Pond after being found by a fisherman.

EDMOND, Okla. –
Authorities say a 3-year-old child was pulled from a pond near W. 15th and S. Kelly in Edmond on Saturday afternoon.
According to police, a teenager was fishing in the Coffee Creek Apartments pond when he saw a small child in the water.
He ran to his mother and they called 911.
Edmond firefighters pulled the 3-year-old child from the water and found him unresponsive after CPR began.
The boy was taken to a nearby hospital, but authorities pronounced him dead shortly afterwards.
